CakeNutrition’s Frozen Fruit, Fiber, and Healthy Fat Snack

What you need:

– 1 lb whole natural almonds

– 1 lb whole natural walnuts

– 1 lb frozen mixed berries

How to make it:

– 1 – Put all ingredients into large bag

– 2 – Shake

– 3 – Put into freezer

Nutritional Facts

Serving Size: 1 cup

Calories – 250

Fat – 16 g

Polyunsaturated Fat – 9 g

Monounsaturated Fat – 6 g

Carbohydrates – 20 g

Fiber – 9 g

Protein – 6 g

*Counts as a serving of “Fruit” and “Nuts/legumes” – both part of a heart healthy diet
